big weekend
today is September first……my favorite months are about to start..I can now decorate for fall watch football ,,,bake some yummy homemade goody’s ..play all day outside with walker ..no hiding from the sun..riding my bike ..kicking leaves going to the zoo…g oing to the swamp…and all this fun start today..
this weekend is our church dinner on the ground and I have a lot of cooking to do my friend Charlotte wingate is coming down it will be blessing and a great help to me for her to be here …happy fun day to yall ..

grannie
when grannie moved in walker was happy he calles her ganny and he would help her to living room and back to bed and bring her drinks and when we did get her to the living room he played near her…I hoope he will somehow remember her….my dog abby who loves her grannie to stayed closed by and always looked for a pet on her head and sometimes i would let her up in the bed…cherri has a kitten that loved grannie to she stayed in the bed with her all the time. funny how pets and children love the older patient person ….and even though it’s tough and hard to take care of a sick elder it’s also a simple blessing…
learning to really love somebody….
maybe you heard or maybe not but bubs mom has brain cancer ..I was with her when we found out …we went for a dr appt for one thing and found out anonther ….now i am the kind of person that can handle responsibility when things get tough I took her home called the family and packed her up and brought her home to stay ….she has stayed with me for a couple of months but her health is now getting worse and i had to move her back to fla so she can get the nurse care she needs because she is fla resident i am ga so insurance don;t cover here but she is now settled down with her son jim and vicky and she is receiving the out most care i will update as needed …
jules birthday party…
the perfect little party….we got up dressed up and headed to monticello for a day trip to a very special one year olds birthday party…she was so good for everybody because we all wanted to hold her and take pictures .she smiled from one person to the next…she is like any other one year old could care less about the presents just feed her and let her play. and she was happy…once again mike and becky out done their selves on a very beautiful party and god shined his love down and blessed us with perfect weather…and beautiful fellowship…becky your so blessed with family and friends…love you.
my mother’s day….
- my mothers day has started out busy like any other sunday…on sunday it’s bubs day to leave so I have to cook breakfast get his work clothes washed and cook dinner so he can leave by 3 pm when he gets out the door i usually go in to the room and rest a while and watch my black and white movies or waltons and because I don’t go to work i can always put off cleaning till mondays..this day is no different but a selfish part of me would love to sit down to coffee and have breakfast brought to me …and somebody else clean the kitchen …but i am so used to doing this all my self not sure if i could just relax but there is always next year i will be a year older and a little more wiser…
